At CV Linens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor purchases; if you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition and original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your CV Linens account or visit our online Return Center to enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your RMA Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and shipping label to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused linens in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the box to prevent delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Receive Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
